The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following                                 
at the request of Representative Williams, Co-chair:                                                
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 212                                                                             
     "An Act relating to trusts, including trust protectors, trustee                                
     advisors, transfers of property in trust, and transfers of trust                               
     interests, and to creditors' claims against property subject to a                              
     power of appointment."                                                                         
                                                                                                    
HB 212 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the                                   
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
